Claims are proudly managed by an award winning in-house claims team (ANZIIF Most Valuable Team 2022) which includes legally qualified lawyers to ensure our clients’ claims are handled with expertise, empathy and efficiency.

Additionally, ProRisk offers an innovative, proprietary self-service broking platform, ProBind, which allows brokers to customise and adjust coverage based on their clients' unique needs. With ProBind, brokers have the flexibility to modify excess amounts, coverage limits, and policy features to best align with client requirements.
