Several major insurance industry players have announced key leadership appointments and strategic hires in the United States.
Howden has announced the appointments of Joe Clark (pictured above, left) as president and Dale Krupowicz (pictured above, right) as head of operations for its Private Risk Solutions business in the United States.
The move is intended to support the broker’s efforts to build a client-focused model for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the US. Clark and Krupowicz will oversee the development of Howden’s private client operations, with an emphasis on risk management and personalized protection strategies.
Krupowicz, a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance, has over three decades of experience in high-net-worth personal insurance. She was most recently COO and partner at a boutique personal insurance agency, where she led operational strategy and client services for 17 years. At Howden, she will be responsible for operations, service standards, and team development.
Earlier this month, the company also named a new group CFO, with Susan Panuccio set to take the role early in 2026.
Everest Group has named Anthony Vidovich as executive vice president and general counsel, effective on or before Jan. 5, 2026. Vidovich will report to Jim Williamson, Everest’s president and CEO, and will join the company’s executive leadership team. He succeeds Ricardo Anzaldua, who will retire following a transition period.
His background includes guiding multinational legal teams through integrations and strategic change initiatives. Vidovich holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and has served on advisory boards including the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Legal Reform and the RAND Corporation Institute for Civil Justice.
Last month, Everest also appointed Jiten Voralia as chief underwriting officer for global reinsurance.
Alliant Insurance Services has appointed Erik Toerge as senior vice president within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Tampa, Toerge will serve a national client base, focusing on data-driven consulting, risk management, and employee benefits.
He is known for building and managing teams focused on client outcomes and integrating analytics with strategic consulting to help employers optimize benefits and manage risk.
Prior to joining Alliant, Toerge was vice president at a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm, where he developed strategies that delivered measurable results through resource deployment and technology solutions.
