Pro Global has announced it will relocate its Liverpool operations to the Royal Liver Building, securing office space at the Grade I-listed waterfront landmark.

The firm is expected to take occupancy of the new premises early this year.

Pro Global said the expansion would also enable it to scale its MGA incubation and solutions offering, as well as its claims, audit and legal services divisions.

The firm has increased its headcount in Liverpool over the past 12 months, citing rising client demand across its core service lines. The new office is expected to support further recruitment and investment in the region.

The Royal Liver Building was completed in 1911 and is one of Liverpool's most recognisable structures. Princes Group acquired the property in July 2025 for £60 million.

CEO Steve Lewis said the city has become an increasingly important part of the company's UK operation, citing access to talent and a strong professional services market. "Securing space in the Royal Liver Building reflects both our confidence in the city and our long-term growth plans," he said.

Fergus Maclennan of Adapt Commercial Property, who represented Pro Global, said the quality of the workspace and the building's profile make it a suitable fit for a growing business.

Andrew Byrne of CBRE, acting on behalf of Princes Group, said Pro Global is the first new occupier since the building changed ownership. The Royal Liver Building's tenant base includes HSBC, Grant Thornton, ITV, Evelyn Partners, Barnett Waddingham and Mott MacDonald.

The company also recently launched Pro Legal Solutions, a specialist law firm focused on managing complex insurance litigation, as part of its recent expansion. The law firm, launched in November 2025, is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and handles disease, illness and abuse-related claims arising within England and Wales.

Lewis said the initiative allows Pro Global to take control of the full legal process and ensure greater alignment between pre- and post-litigation strategies.
