Inszone Insurance Services announced the acquisition of Western Republic Insurance Services, expanding its presence in Southern California.

Western Republic Insurance Services, founded in 2009 by Gabriel Stubin, operates from Huntington Beach, California. According to the statement, the family-owned agency specializes in providing insurance solutions for contractors and businesses such as dry cleaners and restaurants, while maintaining a personal lines portfolio.

“Meeting Chris in person and seeing his approach made a big impression,” Stubin said. “Inszone’s growth trajectory, cultural fit, and strong offer made them the right partner for the future of the Western Republic clients and team.”

“Western Republic Insurance Services has built an exceptional reputation in Huntington Beach and throughout Southern California,” said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. “Gabe and his team bring deep expertise in contractor coverage and a client-first approach that aligns perfectly with Inszone’s mission. We are excited to welcome them and provide additional resources, technology, and carrier access to continue supporting their clients.”

Western Republic Insurance Services will continue operations from its Huntington Beach office following the acquisition. The arrangement aims to maintain service continuity while giving clients access to Inszone’s expanded resources.

With the recent announcement, Inszone Insurance Services has made further headway in its acquisition strategy. In September, the firm entered the Kentucky market through the purchase of Lexington Insurance Agency, an independent agency based in Lexington. According to Inszone, the move marked the company’s expansion into the Midwest and Southeast regions.
