In a bid to expand its presence in the western United States, Renaissance has acquired the agency network business of California-based Evolution Partners.
The move provides Evolution Partners’ members with access to Renaissance’s suite of agency tools, including market access, placement services, technology, and service support.
Renaissance CEO Robert Bondi said the deal “aligns perfectly with our mission to help emerging agents gain the resources and support they need to expand their business,” adding, “we're excited to provide our products and services to more agencies seeking consistent, reliable growth.”
Founded to help agencies secure direct appointments with top-tier carriers, Evolution Partners brings with it a network of growth-focused agencies that will now be able to tap into Renaissance’s larger platform.
Its flagship agency, Navion Insurance Associates, will be the first to integrate with Renaissance.
“Evolution Partners and Renaissance share the same values and vision,” said co-founder Pam Meisl. “This arrangement expands our members’ direct access to preferred carriers, particularly in commercial lines.”
Navion co-founders Eric Magee and Chad Bitterlich, who also helped launch Evolution Partners, said the Renaissance platform would be key to the agency’s continued expansion.
“We believe strongly in the value of the platform and are confident it will deliver significant benefits to the entire Evolution Partners Network.”
This acquisition marks the fourth network to join Renaissance since 2023. This is part of the company’s push to partner with smaller regional groups and support their growth through shared infrastructure and resources.
