CRC Group, Integrity and Pan-American Life Insurance Group have all unveiled key senior appointments in an effort to bolster growth in E&S underwriting, Medicare Advantage and global human resources. 

CRC strengthens specialty underwriting leadership

CRC Group has added Joe DeJesus (pictured, left) and Austin Woita (pictured, right) to its CRC Specialty underwriting leadership team as underwriting team leaders, part of its push to deepen underwriting expertise and support for retail partners. 

CRC’s specialty and E&S platform has expanded rapidly in recent years through acquisitions and organic growth, building out dedicated underwriting teams across casualty, property and professional lines in key hubs such as California and Colorado.

DeJesus joined CRC Specialty as an underwriting team leader, based in Sacramento, California. He brings a strong background in brokerage leadership and underwriting support. Woita also joined the company as an underwriting team leader. He brings extensive experience in wholesale distribution, excess and surplus lines and national agency engagement.

Integrity taps former Cigna growth chief for Medicare push

Integrity LLC has named former Cigna executive Ryan Kocher as senior vice president of Medicare Advantage for Integrity Health. 

Kocher brings two decades of healthcare leadership experience. He joins Integrity after more than two decades at Cigna Group, where he held a variety of executive leadership roles, most recently as chief growth officer of Cigna's Medicare business.

"Ryan Kocher has distinguished himself with his ability to build and lead high-performing, innovative teams that make a meaningful impact on the market," said Bryan Adams, co-founder and CEO of Integrity. "Under Ryan's leadership, our Health division is poised to accelerate the substantial momentum built over the past several years. His contributions will be pivotal to further strengthening Integrity's position in the Medicare market, and we are delighted to welcome him to our Integrity family."

PALIG promotes Ramos to lead global HR strategy

Pan-American Life Insurance Group, or PALIG, has promoted Ana Melissa Ramos (pictured immediately above) to senior vice president of human resources, effective April 1. In this role, Ramos will lead PALIG's global human resources strategy and oeprations.

Ramos succeeds Bryan Scofield, who will retire after 26 years of distinguished service with PALIG. Scofield will remain with the company in a part‑time advisory capacity to support the leadership transition and key strategic initiatives.

Since joining PALIG in 2016, Ramos has played a pivotal role in transforming PALIG’s Human Resources function into a strategic business partner. She has strengthened the company’s people strategy, modernized talent management practices, and built a high-performing team supporting operations across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the US.

Before joining PALIG, Ramos built a distinguished international Human Resources career at Copa Airlines and Nestlé, holding senior strategic roles across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. Her experience spans leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and large-scale cultural transformation.

Ramos will remain based in Panama.
