ALKEME Insurance has named Ryan Stradling (pictured, left) as chief financial officer.
Stradling, who has experience across the insurance, healthcare and SaaS sectors, has led organizations through rapid growth, M&A activity and complex multi‑entity integrations. According to his LinkedIn profile, he has served various companies, including Trucordia, CareXM and Aetna.
Alongside his finance roles, Stradling co‑founded a prospect management and CRM platform aimed at improving accountability and reducing inefficiencies in growing sales organizations.
Alliant Insurance Services has hired Scott Machut (pictured, center) as senior vice president with the value‑based healthcare and risk management solutions team in its employee benefits group. Based in Florida, he will focus on strategic growth in the healthcare delivery market.
Machut brings more than 30 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance and management consulting for large organizations. His background spans health, life and accident lines, including underwriting, business development, product development, distribution channel management, risk management, pharmacy benefits consulting and employer stop loss.
Prior to joining Alliant, Machut worked at Summit Reinsurance Services.
Patriot Growth Insurance Services has appointed Jason Bowie (pictured, right) as national cyber practice leader.
In his national position, Bowie will lead the organization’s cyber risk approach, expand product distribution and advise agency partners on designing cyber liability solutions for evolving client needs.
Bowie has more than 15 years of experience in the brokerage sector, with a focus on cyber liability, errors and omissions and management liability, and is known for helping agencies and clients translate complex cyber risk into practical coverage solutions.
