CRC Benefits, a division of CRC Group, has announced the addition of Sonia Marshall Cassady, Donovan DuBois and Matt Newett to its benefits sales executive team.
The appointments expand broker support and enhance CRC Benefits' ability to deliver high-value solutions across Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana, strengthening its position in the competitive employee benefits brokerage market.
Experienced leadership for broker support
Cassady (pictured, left) brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience and will support brokers throughout Kentucky. Known for her expertise in medical benefits alongside ancillary lines, Cassady focuses on helping brokers deliver cost-effective solutions that strengthen client relationships and drive results. Her deep industry knowledge positions CRC Benefits to address increasingly complex regulatory and cost pressures in the employee benefits space.
DuBois (pictured, center), based in Chicago, will serve brokers across Illinois. With a relationshi-driven, consultative approach, DuBois helps brokers identify solutions tailored to their clients' needs. His expertise supports brokers navigating evolving workforce benefits trends, including mental health programs, telehealth and voluntary benefits solutions.
Meanwhile, Newett (pictured, right) joins CRC Benefits with more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits, having worked on both broker and carrier sides. He focuses on helping brokers grow and retain business through practical, high-value benefits solutions that support employers and employees. Known for his consultative style and strong listening skills, Newett enhances CRC’s ability to provide responsive and knowledgeable service to brokers nationwide, particularly in areas such as plan design optimization and compliance management.
