Global broking network Brokerslink has expanded its international ecosystem with the addition of Solutions360, a consulting firm specialising in operational, strategic, and technology-driven management solutions.
Founded in 2024 and part of the MDS Group, Solutions360 provides consulting services across multiple sectors, including human resources, financial and operational management, and IT and technology consulting. Its expertise spans process improvement, systems integration, and digital transformation.
The addition of Solutions360 reinforces Brokerslink’s strategy to strengthen its value proposition beyond traditional insurance and risk services. The consulting firm offers capabilities in technology-enabled transformation and organisational development. Through Solutions360, Brokerslink partners will have access to solutions designed to streamline operations.

The announcement follows Brokerslink’s recent inclusion of Afkoma, Iceland’s third-largest insurance broker, as part of its international roster. The move marked the first time an Icelandic company joined the network, extending Brokerslink’s presence in the Nordic region.
Afkoma is regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Iceland (FME) and manages about US$22 million in written premium annually. The firm offers a range of commercial and personal insurance solutions, reflecting Brokerslink’s growing diversity and global footprint.
