Brokerslink has expanded its international employee benefits offering with the addition of three specialist affiliates: Corporate Counselling Services (CCS), HealthNEXT and Inova Care.
The move strengthens the broking network's capabilities in employee wellbeing, healthcare management and population health -- areas of growing focus for insurers, brokers and employers as benefit costs and medical-risk exposures evolve.
CCS, founded in 1998 and based in Luxembourg, is one of Europe’s longest-established Employee Assistance Programme providers. With a network of more than 2,000 counsellors across Europe and the MENA region and services delivered in 31 languages, the organisation brings additional mental-health and support resources to the network.
HealthNEXT, headquartered in Philadelphia, specialises in developing organisational health and safety cultures. Its outsourced chief medical officer model is used by employers looking to manage healthcare, disability and productivity pressures.
Inova Care, based in Hong Kong, expands Brokerslink’s healthcare and wellbeing footprint across Asia through integrated care-management platforms, analytics and health-service tools designed to help employers navigate rising medical claims and shifting utilisation patterns.
The additions build on Brokerslink’s wider strategy to broaden its value proposition beyond traditional insurance placement. Earlier this year, the network also brought in Solutions360, a consulting firm founded in 2024 and part of the MDS Group. Solutions360 offers operational, strategic and technology-focused management support across sectors including HR, finance and IT. Its expertise in process optimisation, systems integration and digital transformation gives Brokerslink partners access to advisory tools aimed at improving organisational efficiency. The move reflects a growing trend within the broking sector to expand into complementary services as clients seek more integrated risk and operational support.
Together, the expanded capabilities signal increasing demand for employee benefits solutions that combine wellbeing, analytics and operational management.
Mélodie Álvaro (pictured), Brokerslink’s employee benefits practice lead, said the new affiliates bring significant expertise in mental health, population health intelligence and digital healthcare delivery, adding that demand for employee benefits support continues to rise across the network.
