Prashant Hinge is Chief Information and Transformation Officer at MSIG USA, responsible for the company’s technology, data, and enterprise transformation strategies. He leads efforts to modernize the organization’s digital infrastructure, support business-led innovation, and ensure that MSIG USA remains well-positioned for long-term, profitable, and scalable growth.
Prashant brings over 20 years of experience across the insurance and professional services industries, with a background in digital transformation, automation, operations, and client delivery. Prior to joining MSIG USA, he served as Vice President of Digital and Automation at The Hanover Insurance Group, where he led digital strategy and technology implementation across multiple business lines. He also held leadership roles at EXL, overseeing account management, operations, and strategic client services. In addition, he is an Airforce Reservist since 2021 focused on logistics, transportation and AI related initiatives for the United States Air Force. Prashant holds an MBA from Boston University.
