Larry Baldino, EVP DUAL Cyber and Professional Liability

Larry Baldino joined DUAL in 2020 to lead the DUAL Cyber program. Larry has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, the majority of which has been in the cyber and technology E&O space. Throughout his career, Larry has held various positions in underwriting, management, and product management on both a global and continental scale. Prior to joining DUAL, Larry was a part of the Cyber and Tech E&O Team at a major insurance carrier. Larry also has experience in reinsurance and establishing Cyber reinsurance programs. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT, and a master’s degree from RPI in Troy, NY.
