Jackie Costales serves as a Claims Advocate Lead for Alliant Specialty in Phoenix, AZ, and has over 16 years of experience in commercial and personal lines in insurance claims. Her responsibilities include reviewing policy coverage analysis, reporting claims, providing ongoing advocacies, obtaining prompt and fair settlements, claim resolution and recovery, claims training, and hosting quarterly claim reviews. In her role as a claims advocate, she is committed to providing excellent claims experience for our clients.
I currently serve as the Co-Lead for Latinos at Alliant Employee Resource Group. I am committed to providing opportunities to positively impact the career development of our members.
