Damion Walker is dedicated to providing Gallagher Technology clients with industry leading insurance and risk financing solutions.   Damion specializes in directing large, multi-national technology clients looking to mitigate technology errors and omissions/cyber liability, management liability (D&O/EPL), contractual liability, property & casualty liability, credit & political risk, and human capital risks.  In his role as Managing Director of Gallagher’s Technology Practice, Damion drives a value-add, client-focused brokerage model specific to the technology industry focusing on providing risk financing strategies unique to the sector.  With over 25 years of financial and insurance experience, Damion’s expertise encompasses a broad portfolio of critical business development and organizational risk categories for medium and large-sized organizations, especially those with high-profile and international exposures.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Damion serviced as an Executive Vice President at Willis Towers Watson and a Senior Vice President at HUB International. Prior to joining property and casualty side of the business, Damion lead the Willis North America Financial Solutions practice for seven years and prior to Willis, he was the West Region Manager for Marsh Enterprise Risk.  Damion’s experience prior to broking includes underwriting for AIG, Controller for international glass manufacture, and Senior Financial Analyst for Intex Corp. where he maintained multiple financial designations including Chartered Financial Analyst. Damion also worked as a UFCW Union member in the retail grocery industry for ten years during high school and college.

Damion holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a MBA in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.  Damion currently serves as Board Chair for Insuring the Children, Orange County and as a Board Member for the West Coast Regional Insuring the Children Foundation.  He also serves on the board for the USC Marshall School of Business Risk Management Mentorship Program and volunteers as a coach at Olive Orange Pony Baseball.
