Dale Krupowicz serves as Head of Operations for the Private Client Division at Howden U.S., where she leads operational strategy, talent development, and service excellence for the firm’s expanding high-net-worth practice. In this role, she drives performance across business development support, carrier relationships, and client experience standards—ensuring the division delivers sophisticated, personalized risk management solutions to affluent individuals, families, and family offices.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Krupowicz is a seasoned insurance executive recognized for building scalable operations that support complex client needs without compromising a concierge-level experience. She brings deep expertise in structuring tailored insurance programs designed to protect significant assets, multigenerational wealth, and evolving lifestyle exposures.

Prior to joining Howden, Krupowicz served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Personal Risk Management Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic growth and operational leadership. She partnered closely with wealth managers, financial advisors, and family offices to develop comprehensive insurance strategies aligned with broader financial planning objectives.

Krupowicz holds the Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
