Starting as a Producer in 2006, he advanced to co-chair of Graham's Construction Division, one of the largest industry verticals in the company.
Transitioning to lead the Health & Human Services Division, Carl managed outsourced risk for organizations operating in the health system, aging services, behavioral health and social service segments of the healthcare industry. In his next role, Carl started and led Graham's Enterprise Risk and Advisory Services Division, delivering comprehensive consulting services such as Enterprise Risk, Human Capital Management, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity. Carl also managed Graham’s New York office.
Before Graham, Carl held pivotal positions at Aramark Uniform Services and Cardinal Health, where he managed the largest distribution center in the country. Carl is a published author on risk management topics and actively contributes to non-profit organizations. He serves on the Board of Trustees for
Parent’s Inc. of New Jersey and sits on the boards of the Elwyn Health and Human Services Foundation and InspiriTec, aiding disadvantaged individuals, including disabled veterans.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is an Accredited Advisor of Insurance.
