Byung Kang is VP of Growth & Strategy for NFP’s Construction & Infrastructure Division, based in New York City. In this role, he leads business development and strategic growth initiatives across North America’s public and private construction markets, working closely with cross functional teams to pursue high impact opportunities.
Byung brings a multidisciplinary background that bridges business operations and data driven growth strategy. Earlier in his career, he focused on building scalable operational structures to improve performance and profitability; today, he applies that foundation to drive disciplined revenue growth through targeted pursuits and coordinated execution.
Previously, Byung held operational and project leadership roles at Marsh McLennan, and supported institutional investment operations for New York City’s public pension funds. He began his career in the US Army.
