Anju Arora is Vice President of data, business intelligence and innovation at Novatae Risk Group. She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience specializing in actuarial science, regulatory compliance and product development. Her expertise spans start-ups and established organizations, including, Ethos Specialty, part of Ascot Group. Prior to that, she held actuarial and consulting roles with AXA XL, The Hartford and Deloitte.
In addition to her actuarial expertise, Arora has extensive experience utilizing data to better understand how an organization works, how it can be more effective and collaborative, and where innovation can create opportunities for further growth and profitability. She believes that getting data buy-in can create a better organizational culture and work experience at every level.
Arora holds a B.A. in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
