Additional value-added services include Nurse Triage 24 for immediate injury response and Hanover EZ Pay for flexible, pay-as-you-go billing arrangements.
"With Workers' Comp Advantage, we're giving our independent agent partners the speed and flexibility they need to quote and bind more efficiently, helping them better serve their clients," said Erin Fenlon, chief operations officer, small commercial.
Workers’ Comp Advantage is initially available in eight states, including Illinois and Virginia, with more to follow through 2025.
With small businesses making up 99.9% of all U.S. firms, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration, insurers are increasingly prioritizing streamlined access to essential coverages like workers’ comp as part of their digital transformation strategies.
