Two leading US insurance brokerages are expanding their national footprint through acquisitions of established regional agencies.
Trucordia acquires Eberle Insurance in Arkansas
Trucordia has acquired Eberle Insurance, an independent agency serving Sherwood, Arkansas, and the greater Central Arkansas region, including Little Rock. Founded to provide custom insurance solutions, Eberle specializes in home, auto, and business coverage for both families and businesses.
Felix Morgan (pictured left), CEO of Trucordia, said the acquisition reflects the company’s strategy of partnering with regional agencies that prioritize personal service and local relationships.
Eberle Insurance’s approach to tailoring policies and guiding clients through the insurance process complements Trucordia’s national network. This addition strengthens the brokerage’s growth strategy by integrating local expertise and trusted service into its broader platform.
World Insurance buys Mossbrook & Hicks in New Jersey
World Insurance Associates LLC has announced the acquisition of Mossbrook & Hicks Insurance Agency of Cape May Court House, New Jersey, effective August 1, 2025.
Mossbrook & Hicks has roots dating back to 1895 and provides coverage for both personal and commercial clients.
Orton Hicks III, owner of Mossbrook & Hicks, highlighted the agency’s century-long reputation for delivering affordable, quality insurance solutions, and said joining World will allow access to a wider range of products and services. Rich Eknoian (pictured right), CEO and co-founder of World, welcomed the agency, noting its strong customer service and alignment with World’s client-focused approach.
Legal and advisory support for the transaction was provided by Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla and TAG Consulting for World, and Rosenbloom Law Group LLC for Mossbrook & Hicks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
