CRC Group has named Brennan Paris (pictured above) as chief revenue officer (CRO) of CRC Specialty. Paris will also continue as president of CRC Select, the company’s binding operations.
The new CRO role will place Paris in charge of revenue growth strategies across CRC Specialty’s Brokerage, Select, and Insurisk divisions. His responsibilities will include advancing producer recruitment, increasing the adoption of exclusive products, and encouraging greater collaboration across CRC Group to support organic growth.
Paris joined CRC Specialty in 2019 and has held several leadership positions. In his role as president of CRC Select, Paris has worked to position the business for future expansion and has contributed to building momentum within the organization.
“Brennan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a clear vision for growth,” said Mike Brennan, president of CRC Specialty.
Brennan expressed confidence that Paris will help accelerate growth, enhance the company’s competitive position, and deliver results in his expanded role.
In other recent developments, CRC Group also expanded its CRC Specialty team with several new professionals. Matt O’Daniel joined as a senior broker, bringing 14 years of experience, while Tanya Jacobus became a property broker in Dallas, and Nick Marsh was named senior underwriting team leader in Boise, Idaho.
The company has also expanded its specialty divisions by adding brokers such as Florence DiPietro, who joined as a property broker in Philadelphia, and Alex Schawiak, who became part of CRC’s recently acquired ARC Excess & Surplus in Connecticut.
In addition to these appointments, CRC Group recently acquired Risk Transfer Partners (RTP), a Dallas-based wholesale brokerage specializing in casualty insurance. This acquisition is expected to enhance CRC’s presence in the construction, energy, environmental, and manufacturing sectors, while integrating RTP’s expertise into its wholesale distribution network.
