At the center of this evolution is a strengthened leadership team:

• Desiree Khoury has been promoted to chief growth officer, unifying marketing, business development, underwriting insights, technology, and client experience into a single, cohesive growth strategy. She will lead CPLG’s enterprise-wide distribution strategy, broker engagement, and strategic partnerships. Her connections, storytelling, and relationships have been instrumental in positioning CPLG as a trusted partner in the market. In this role, she will unify how CPLG brings its solutions to market ensuring a more coordinated, scalable, and impactful approach to growth.
   
• Catherine Lyle has been promoted to chief cyber services officer, advancing CPLG’s commitment to delivering integrated and differentiated cyber solutions that extend beyond insurance. Her leadership advances the integration of cyber claims, incident management, cyber services, risk mitigation, and client support further strengthening CPLG’s position as a holistic partner in cyber risk management. Having built and scaled key capabilities across cyber claims, incident response, and Tokio Marine HCC’s new Digital Forensic and Managed Detection and Response company, Vector3, Catherine will continue to lead the integration of services and innovation helping clients proactively manage and respond to cyber risk.
   
• Jamie Kinsley has been promoted to chief operating officer, reinforcing operational excellence as a foundation for sustainable growth. She will continue to scale the infrastructure of the business driving efficiency, integrating advanced analytics and AI, and ensuring CPLG delivers with consistency and speed as it grows.
   
• Dave Lloyd has been appointed head of expansion strategy, formalizing CPLG’s focus on strategic growth initiatives, including M&A, MGA partnerships, and alternative distribution models. This role strengthens CPLG’s ability to thoughtfully expand while maintaining alignment with its underwriting expertise and long-term vision.
   
• Jonathan Holmes has been promoted to vice president of MPL and HPI Underwriting and joins the CPLG executive team. By aligning leadership across key professional liability lines, CPLG enhances underwriting consistency, strengthens specialization, and deepens broker engagement key drivers of sustained performance in a competitive market.
