With policyholders increasingly expecting efficiency and clear communication, claims performance has become a key indicator of an insurer’s service delivery.
To compile its 2025 list of top-performing claims insurers, Insurance Business America (IBA) conducted an independent study centered on broker perspectives.
The research began with a preliminary survey of brokerages across the country to determine the specific service factors brokers consider most important in the claims process.
Following that, the research team collected responses from hundreds of insurance brokers, each of whom shared their recent experiences with various claims service providers. These responses were used to evaluate each insurer’s performance in several areas, including:
