Women are continuing to break barriers in what was once a male-dominated industry, taking on leadership roles and driving innovation across the insurance landscape.

To celebrate these achievements, Insurance Business America is now accepting nominations for Elite Women 2026. This special feature will spotlight the most inspiring female professionals who’ve made a meaningful impact over the past year.

If you – or someone you know – has made a standout contribution to the industry, we invite you to complete this survey form on or before Friday, Sept. 19, to earn a spot on this prestigious list.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., the Association of Professional Insurance Women, Aon, Gallagher, and the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), and the Asian American Insurance Network.

The Elite Women list will be featured on the website in March to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026.
