To be eligible, candidates must:

• be aged 40 or under on July 1, 2026
• work in a role that relates to, interacts with, or impacts the US general insurance industry
• be committed to a career in, and hold a passion for, the insurance industry

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from Aon, EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, Alliant Insurance Services, Higginbotham and NAAIA.
