Meet the judges for the 2025 Hall of Fame

The spotlight is on excellence — and the judges have been revealed. 

We’re thrilled to announce the distinguished panel of industry leaders who will help shape the 2025 Hall of Fame by Insurance Business America. 

This year’s judging panel includes: 

• Kathy Quintana, EVP and chief operating officer at HUB International - California 
• Caryn Siebert, vice president – national director of carrier engagement at Gallagher Bassett 
• David Lupica, President and chief operating officer at Westchester, A Chubb Company 
• Gregory Kelder, Divisional senior vice president and head of claims, Great American Environmental at Great American Insurance Group 

These respected leaders bring decades of insight and integrity to the selection process – and they’re ready to identify the next class of industry icons. 

Nominees must have at least 35 years of experience in the insurance industry to be eligible. 

Submit your nomination by Friday, July 11.

Winners will be selected by an independent and highly qualified advisory panel from HUB International, Gallagher Bassett, Westchester, and Great American Insurance Group and will be featured on the website in November.
