MAPFRE USA has appointed Mark Pasko (pictured above) as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective July 21, 2025.
In this role, Pasko will oversee the company’s legal, regulatory, and government affairs in the United States, in addition to leading compliance, state filings, and corporate governance functions.
He brings several years of experience in legal leadership within the insurance industry, with a focus on regulatory strategy, enterprise risk and corporate governance.

Pasko joins the executive leadership team as the company continues to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and evolving consumer expectations in the property and casualty market.
Earlier this year, MAPRE USA announced enhancements to its digital claims and policy servicing platforms aimed at improving the customer experience and increasing efficiency across its US operations.
