King Risk Partners has acquired Fidens Insurance Brokers, an independent insurance agency based in Red Bank, New Jersey.
The acquisition is part of King Risk Partners’ strategy to expand its presence in the Northeast. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Fidens Insurance Brokers has operated for more than a decade, focusing on commercial insurance across sectors including construction, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, and technology. The firm also has experience with mergers and acquisitions insurance, particularly in negotiating representations and warranty coverage.
Malcolm King, CEO of King Risk Partners, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s growth plans. “Their reputation, industry experience, and client approach fit well with our strategy,” he said.

Earlier this year, King Risk Partners acquired Spencer Financial, an independent agency based in Tampa, Florida. Spencer Financial offers personal and commercial insurance across Florida and has operated for more than 25 years. This acquisition expands King Risk Partners’ footprint in Northwest Florida.
Additional recent acquisitions include Ricky Credille Insurance, which specializes in Medicare, health, and life insurance with offices in Belmont and Tupelo, Mississippi. The agency serves clients across Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
In Rhode Island, King Risk Partners acquired The Insurance Center, an independent agency based in Warwick. The agency has provided personal, business, and life insurance products to individuals and businesses in the state for over 50 years. This acquisition continues King Risk Partners’ expansion into local markets across the Northeast.
