Two fast-growing players in the insurance and insurtech space have announced senior leadership appointments aimed at accelerating growth and deepening their positions across key markets.

Neo Insurance appoints chief commercial officer

Neo Insurance Solutions, a Florida-based digital insurance infrastructure company, has named Kyle Dietz as chief commercial officer. He will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and product development.

Dietz (pictured above, left) brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, having held senior roles at UnitedHealthcare, Healthcare.com, and most recently, OneShare Health.

At Neo, he will support the company’s mission of helping licensed agents deliver health insurance and non-insurance programs tailored to consumer needs and budgets. The hire reflects Neo’s broader strategy of reinforcing its agent-first model in underserved and disrupted markets.

bolt expands strategy leadership

Insurtech bolt has expanded Curtis Scott’s role as head of strategy and industry verticals. He will now lead enterprise vertical strategy and North American business planning, aligning go-to-market strategies, product development, and the scaling of embedded insurance solutions across mobility, real estate, financial services, and connected devices.

Scott (pictured above, right) joined bolt in early 2025 after serving in senior roles at Aon, Lyft, and Uber. At Aon, he focused on mobility and digital economy risks, while at Lyft and Uber he helped design some of the world’s largest telematics and usage-based insurance programs and played a role in shaping gig worker protection models.
