Insurance Business America (IBA) has released its 2025 Rising Stars list to coincide with its FutureFest event, recognizing a group of insurance professionals across the US who are aged 40 or younger and are demonstrating career growth and industry impact.
The annual initiative, now in its 11th year, seeks to highlight individuals positioned to take on future leadership roles in the insurance sector. Candidates were evaluated on their key accomplishments, and contributions to the industry’s development.
Submissions were collected beginning in January 2025. Nominations included endorsements from company leaders and senior industry figures.
Final selections were made by an independent panel of judges drawn from various areas of the insurance community, including brokerages, associations, and academic institutions. The rising stars will be celebrated with a panel discussion and awards ceremony at FutureFest.
