Hub International said it has added two directors to its board, naming former CNA CEO and executive chairman Dino Robusto (pictured above, left) as board chairman and former USAA president and CEO Wayne Peacock (pictured above, right) as a director.

Marc Cohen, HUB’s chairman and CEO, said the appointments reflect the company’s effort to expand board oversight as it grows. “I am pleased to welcome Dino and Wayne to HUB's board,” Cohen said, adding, “Their insurance and financial services expertise will further strengthen HUB as we scale and prepare for the next chapter in our growth journey.”

Cohen said the company plans to separate the board chair role from the CEO position, with Robusto assuming the chair seat.

“I'm confident that passing the chairman seat to Dino is the right next step in building a world-class organization aligned with best practices in corporate governance and oversight practices,” Cohen said.

HUB said Robusto’s background in carrier leadership will inform its approach as it builds client offerings tied to shifting risk conditions, including climate change, cyber exposures and artificial intelligence.

The broker also cited geographic expansion, geopolitical conflict, regulation, and operational and labor changes as factors affecting risk management and claims strategies.

“HUB has built a business dedicated to organic growth supported by a fantastic portfolio of solutions, an integrated brand, a strong leadership team, deep carrier relationships, and a runway of acquisitions to continue scaling for growth,” Robusto said.

HUB also pointed to Peacock’s experience leading technology initiatives at USAA as it continues to invest in digital capabilities. The company said it sees technology as a way to support employees and coordinate service delivery through connected systems.

“HUB has successfully built a boundaryless infrastructure to deliver resources to its clients from across the organization,” Peacock said, adding that he expects to support Cohen and the leadership team as HUB continues to scale.

The board update follows other recent management moves as HUB continues to emphasize its regional structure. HUB recently appointed Andrew Forchelli, president and CEO of HUB California, to its executive management team effective Jan. 1, 2026, while the company continues to focus on “maintaining its market position and local market model.”
