Heffernan Insurance Brokers announced on Tuesday the launch of Quick Insure, a new platform designed to offer what the company describes as “fast, efficient, and reliable insurance solutions.” The initiative aims to simplify the insurance process for both individuals and businesses.
According to Heffernan Insurance Brokers, Quick Insure is intended to allow clients to “obtain quotes, compare policies, and secure coverage in minutes.” The platform’s features reportedly include instant quotes tailored to specific needs, access to a range of insurance products from various carriers, and a user-friendly interface. Heffernan also stated that expert support from its insurance professionals would be available to assist users.
The introduction of Quick Insure aligns with broader trends within the independent insurance brokerage sector this year. Many firms are increasingly leveraging digital solutions, including artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience. The demand for AI error insurance, for example, is reportedly growing, reflecting a wider adoption of such technologies. Insurers are also focusing on data-driven approaches and predictive analytics to better assess risk and price policies, with McKinsey noting in a July report that “only a few insurers have extracted outsize value from AI” but that a “strategic, comprehensive approach that rewires the enterprise” is needed for lasting value.
Founded in 1988, Heffernan Insurance Brokers operates as an independent insurance brokerage firm with its headquarters in Walnut Creek, California. The company provides business insurance, personal insurance, employee benefits, and financial services.
Earlier this year, Heffernan Insurance Brokers continued its growth trajectory through strategic acquisitions. In January, the firm announced its acquisition of Green Financial in Kirkland, Washington, with Fred Green and his team joining Heffernan’s small business division, HeffDirect. This acquisition focused on strengthening Heffernan’s presence in Washington’s employee benefits market, individual health plans, and Medicare solutions.
