Nicole was a senior journalist at Insurance Business and joined KM International (Key Media) in October 2023. Prior to this, she ventured to the UK to earn her Master's in Journalism. She also holds a BA in Media, Information, and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.  

Nicole left KM in 2025.
