Fraud detection tools have a reputation for two things: overpromising and under-delivering.
They flag “suspicious” documents but give no explanation. They bolt on AI without explaining how it works. And most importantly, they’re highly inaccurate.
We do things differently at Veridox. We work closely with our customers (fraud teams, TPAs, and law firms) to build partnerships and develop Veridox together. We're not interested in vanity metrics. It’s about getting the foundations right, then iterating quickly based on real-time feedback.
That’s why we run our development through a cohort model, with tightly managed pilot groups where we partner closely with each participant to build the platform around their actual needs.
Over the past year, we’ve completed two pilot cohorts across the UK and internationally. Each cohort was deliberately capped at 15 firms. We keep it small so we can work closely with our customers to move fast and adapt quickly.
Participants get more than early access, they work directly with our engineering and product teams to test real claims data and we work together to continually improve our case analysis. Participants are helping to shape a platform that’s genuinely useful for them.
Some of Veridox’s most powerful features, such as QR code analysis or our fraud investigator chatbot, came directly from those conversations.
Across Cohorts 1 and 2, a few themes stood out:
In one of our recent pilot engagements, we analysed multiple live claims for a major UK insurer. On the first morning we found the following fraud:
Cohort 3 is the final opportunity to shape Veridox ahead of our full commercial rollout in mid-2026.
If you’re part of a fraud team, claims department, TPA or law firm and want to test Veridox with real influence over its development, now's your chance!
With Cohort 3, you receive:
