West Ham United has entered into a multi-year agreement with insurance brokerage Lilley Plummer, naming the firm as the Club’s Official Insurance Partner for both the men’s and women’s first teams.
As part of the deal, Lilley Plummer’s branding will appear on the sleeve of the first team’s training wear. The partnership also includes exposure across the club’s global digital platforms, a presence at London Stadium on matchdays, and a range of seasonal marketing activations.
The agreement marks Lilley Plummer’s first sponsorship deal in the Premier League. Founded in 2016, the London-based brokerage specialises in bespoke cover for high-net-worth individuals and commercial clients, often dealing with complex or non-standard risks. Its acquisition by Goldman Sachs in 2024 has supported its continued expansion and entry into high-profile partnerships such as this.
Lilley Plummer also joins West Ham’s Hammers Business Network, a platform that facilitates commercial relationships between club partners.
Executive director Nathan Thompson said the partnership reflects West Ham’s broader commercial strategy and aligns with the club’s values. He noted that Lilley Plummer’s growth story and drive to stand out in a competitive market mirror the club’s own ambitions. The agreement is expected to help the brokerage reach new audiences, leveraging the club’s global fanbase and media reach.
The deal adds to a growing list of insurance brands entering Premier League partnerships in recent years, as firms seek to tap into the league’s international visibility. With broadcast rights spanning over 180 countries, the Premier League remains a key platform for companies aiming to raise brand awareness across multiple markets.
For Lilley Plummer, the partnership is positioned as both a branding opportunity and a statement of intent as it accelerates its presence in the financial services sector. Managing director Dan Plummer said the agreement underscores the firm's focus on growth, collaboration and community, and aligns with its long-term goals. He added that the partnership offers a platform to showcase the company’s services while reinforcing shared values with the club.
