Blackpool FC and Tower Insurance Brokers are entering a sixth consecutive season as partners.
The Lytham-based consultancy provides insurance broking, risk management, claims management, employee benefits, and alternative risk solutions. Its team, with more than 350 years of combined experience in both the insurer and broking sectors, serves clients across the UK and internationally.
Tower Insurance CEO Tim Forshaw said the company’s collaboration with the club has played a role in building recognition within the community and beyond.
"Our association with Blackpool FC has played an invaluable role in that journey, helping to elevate the Tower brand in the hearts of the community and across wider audiences through visibility at matches, club content, and joint initiatives,” he said.
Forshaw said that maintaining this agreement supports the company’s approach to working with local enterprises and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
"This renewed partnership isn't just about branding – it's about meaningful connections. With Blackpool FC at the heart of our network, we’re continuing to strengthen our commitment to supporting local enterprise and championing smart, bespoke insurance solutions,” said Forshaw.
He added that Tower is preparing for another season of shared initiatives with the club that involve both the sport and the community.
Meanwhile, Blackpool FC’s head of sponsorship and partnerships, Martin Booker, said Tower Insurance has been a consistent and active participant in the club’s commercial network since the ownership transition in 2019.
“Our partnership has gone from strength to strength and they have also offered their services and support to many fellow partners and sponsors involved in our partner programme. They are invested in everything we do as a club and Tim and his team have become an integral part of our business network,” said Booker.
The extension of the agreement keeps Tower Insurance visible at home fixtures and across the club’s digital platforms. Both organizations said the arrangement continues to provide opportunities to connect with audiences while maintaining ties with regional businesses.
