Waite, who was chief executive at online consumer lending business Wonga Group until January 2019, also brings experience from RSA Insurance Group where she served as CEO in Latvia and managing director of RSA UK’s SME (small- and medium-sized enterprises) and delegated authority business.
Meanwhile Haynes, a fellow RSA veteran, also spent time at Zurich. The former Deloitte UK partner started his career at Bacon & Woodrow in 1989 as an actuary.
