Evolution Claims Management has moved into a new headquarters space as part of its ongoing expansion.
The West Midlands-based company, which has provided technology-driven claims handling for major UK insurance brands since 2016, has relocated to a different floor within its Hagley Road West offices in Oldbury. The move is aimed at providing a modern working environment and a layout designed to support its growing workforce.
The business has doubled its headcount since 2020 to 55 employees. Chief executive officer Russell Crewe said the relocation had created a more positive working environment, with a layout designed to benefit staff.
Crewe added that the company wanted to provide a bright and functional office space that reflected its investment in people and that the change had led to more social interaction, themed events and an increase in staff choosing to work in the office up to three days per week. He also noted that environmental benefits, such as sensor lighting and a more efficient air conditioning system, were reducing energy use and the firm’s carbon footprint.
Financial assistant Chelsea Buckton said the new office space had improved working arrangements, creating an environment that supported collaboration and productivity and had a positive impact on her work experience.
Evolution Claims Management operates a fixed fee model for insurers, with charges unaffected by repair values. The office move follows investment in staff development, including the appointment of a talent development manager and the delivery of management training.
The firm recently launched Evo Subsidence, a proposition focused on faster diagnostics and repairs for subsidence cases, with the aim of shortening claim lifecycles, reducing costs and minimising customer frustration. It also appointed Jim Pittman as head of professional services, overseeing loss adjusting and surveying for complex claims, and leading the Evo Subsidence initiative.
