International employee benefits consultancy Everywhen has joined global broking network Brokerslink as its exclusive UK employee benefits partner.
The move gives Everywhen formal access to Brokerslink's global network, while enabling Brokerslink partners and affiliates to draw on Everywhen's employee benefits expertise for clients with staff in the UK.
Brokerslink's model is built around independent firms with strong local capabilities, coordinated through central practices and tools to support cross-border programmes and now spans independent brokers in more than 130 countries handling around US$70 billion in premium.
Everywhen sits within Ardonagh Advisory’s UK broking and advisory platform, which has been consolidating under the Everywhen brand since its launch at BIBA 2025. The platform employs more than 4,500 people across over 100 offices and places in excess of £5 billion of premium annually, spanning general insurance and specialist health and benefits lines.
Brokerslink operates on a “one specialist member per country” basis in key practice areas and identified Everywhen as its preferred UK partner for employee benefits after assessing its scale and advisory capabilities against existing members, which include some of the world’s largest brokers.
Under the arrangement, Everywhen will support the UK benefits needs of multinational clients using the Brokerslink network, while using the same structure to help its own UK-headquartered clients implement locally compliant arrangements overseas. Brokerslink recognised Everywhen’s ability to meet the local needs of network members’ clients in the UK and to contribute to the development of its employee benefits community.
The partnership builds on Brokerslink’s decision, in early 2026, to launch a dedicated employee benefits practice, designed to give its independent brokers access to shared expertise, enhanced buying power and specialist solutions as employers increasingly use benefits to compete for talent.
“In an increasingly globalised market, our clients are seeking support for employee benefits in an ever-growing range of countries," said Iain Laws, CEO of Everywhen's Health and Benefits. "We now have an unrivalled global reach through personal relationships with high quality employee benefits consultancies and brokers in over 165 countries.”
The partnership comes after Everywhen joined Asinta, the independent global employee benefits adviser partnership, as exclusive UK partner and one of three board members.
Asinta spans more than 140 countries through 43 partners and correspondents, collectively advising over 170,000 client companies and more than 16 million lives, with billions of dollars of medical, life and retirement benefits under management.
Everywhen already supports around 16,000 clients and 750,000 employees across health, protection, pensions, wellbeing and international benefits from its UK base. The layering of Asinta and Brokerslink memberships deepens its access to local advisers and carriers, reflecting a broader market trend in which intermediaries use multiple networks to deliver consistent governance and benchmarking across jurisdictions.
Global employee benefits networks have been expanding as employers look for more coordinated solutions to rising costs and regulatory complexity.
By 2025, Asinta reported that its partners collectively oversaw several billion dollars in pensions and retirement, medical insurance and life insurance worldwide. Brokerslink, meanwhile, has been building out its benefits capabilities with a series of specialist affiliates focused on mental health, population health analytics and digital healthcare in Europe, North America and Asia.
The growth of such networks can bring access to larger, more structured multinational programmes, but also more centralised negotiation on pricing, terms and multinational pooling as brokers aggregate volumes.
For the UK market, Everywhen’s appointment as Brokerslink’s employee benefits partner comes as Ardonagh consolidates a range of advisory brands under the Everywhen identity, aiming to present a single interface across commercial and benefits business.
That scale, combined with dual network links, is likely to make the firm a more visible contender in multinational employee benefits tenders and governance mandates.
"This is an extremely positive partnership for Brokerslink and its network members and for Everywhen and its international clients," said Carla Alves, marketing and operations director at Brokerslink. "We strengthen our employee benefits capabilities in the UK, and Everywhen gains access to our global network, with local experts around the world."
