According to Aon, Evers’ actuarial expertise and client-focused approach are expected to support the company’s strategy to broaden its services and accelerate growth in the life and income protection segment.
Evers’ experience at Aon includes serving as senior actuarial risk finance consultant since April 2025 and as actuarial risk finance consultant from March 2023 to April 2025. In these roles, she conducted risk assessments, utilized actuarial models to forecast financial outcomes, and provided guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
She also supported clients in optimizing risk financing strategies and integrating risk management practices into broader business strategies.
Roelant de Haas, CEO for Aon Reinsurance Solutions in Netherlands, said, “For now, we welcome Rachindra online, but we will personally introduce her to the Dutch reinsurance market in the coming period. We wish her success and much enjoyment in her new role.”
Evers’ arrival comes as Aon continues to strengthen its leadership and broking capabilities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier this month, the company appointed Andrew Secker as chief client officer and Daniele De Bosini as chief broking officer for its Reinsurance Solutions business in the EMEA region.
Secker, with over 20 years at Aon, will oversee client service delivery, while De Bosini will focus on aligning broking teams with regional strategy and connecting client needs with global reinsurance capacity.
The company also recently named Anshuman Srivastava as global chief broking officer for reinsurance. Based in London, Srivastava is responsible for working closely with reinsurers to align their risk appetite with client needs and to support optimal placement outcomes.
