Acrisure Re has introduced AcrisureIQ PRO, a portfolio and reinsurance optimization tool designed to help clients dynamically optimize their portfolios.
AcrisureIQ PRO is the latest addition to AcrisureIQ, the company’s proprietary analytics platform that aims to convert complex data into actionable insights for risk management.
AcrisureIQ integrates four advanced tools that combine proprietary data, market expertise, and customizable analytics. These tools are intended to help clients develop tailored strategies and make informed decisions about risk management.
The platform also features AcrisureIQ Score, a risk scoring API that uses predictive analytics and machine learning to enhance underwriting accuracy and reduce losses. AcrisureIQ Respond provides real-time insights on catastrophe events such as hurricanes, storms, wildfires, and floods to help minimize losses and accelerate recovery.
AcrisureIQ Spatial, powered by SpatialKey, offers geospatial visualizations of exposure data to identify risks and optimize strategies.
“The launch of AcrisureIQ PRO marks an important step forward in our analytics and catastrophe modeling capabilities," said Ming Li, global head of CAT at Acrisure Re. "By integrating predictive tools, geospatial analysis, and real-time event response, we’re giving clients actionable intelligence that directly informs better risk transfer and portfolio management decisions.”
“With AcrisureIQ, we’re equipping clients with a comprehensive suite of analytical tools that goes beyond data reporting,” said Simon Hedley (pictured above), CEO of Acrisure Re.
He noted that the platform is focused on delivering insights that strengthen clients’ ability to manage risk, make confident decisions, and achieve stronger results in a complex market.
Other reinsurance technology platforms have also entered the market this year. Mythen, an AI-powered parametric re/insurance platform, was launched in Bermuda and Texas to write natural catastrophe risks and address gaps in “distressed” areas, such as the Southeast US coastal states where many carriers have exited.
In June, Verisk launched an API-enabled underwriting platform for the London Market, designed to support agility and compliance through advanced analytics. Developed by Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, the platform integrates global data resources and industry analytics with a flexible technical framework.
