Winners will be announced in July during the MGAA Awards ceremony, which will take place at the 2025 MGAA Annual Conference in London. The conference will bring together MGAs, insurers, service providers and other stakeholders from across the market.

Commenting on the announcement, MGAA CEO Mike Keating (pictured) said the awards are an opportunity to celebrate not only the shortlisted individuals and businesses but the wider MGA community. He added that the calibre of entries illustrates the strength and progress of the sector and acknowledged the event’s sponsors for their continued support.

The awards coincide with a series of updates from the association, including the launch of its strategic vision and mission for 2025. The MGAA, which represents MGAs across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, has introduced a refreshed brand identity and overhauled its website as part of the initiative.

The updated mission outlines three core priorities: enhancing networking and education through training and events; expanding high-level advocacy to represent MGAs on regulatory and market matters and strengthening the organisation’s role as a central source of market data and insights. These initiatives include the appointment of a learning and development manager and an increased focus on member engagement.
