Open to all UK-based insurance companies with at least 10 employees, this showcase highlights organisations that go above and beyond with their culture, benefits and employee initiatives.

The selection of this year’s winners involves a two-step process. Nominees will also be provided with an employee survey form that must be distributed to their employees.
This year’s winners will be featured on the IBUK website and in the e-newsletter this April.
