Reinsurance Business has released its 2025 Elite Women report – highlighting 45 women across Asia-Pacific, North America, and the UK who have made notable contributions to the reinsurance sector over the past year.
The reinsurance landscape continues to evolve amid rising macroeconomic and political uncertainty, regulatory reform, and shifts in capital markets.
At the same time, the adoption of artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies is altering how risk is modelled and managed.
Within this environment, the honourees have been recognised for their roles in navigating and responding to these changes, as well as contributing to the strategic direction of their respective organisations and the broader industry.
Reinsurance Business opened its annual call for nominations to industry professionals, inviting submissions that identified female leaders demonstrating measurable achievements from 2024 to early 2025.
Nominators were asked to provide detailed accounts of each candidate’s professional milestones and contributions to key industry initiatives or advancements.
Each nomination was evaluated based on its substance and relevance to current industry challenges and opportunities.
The editorial team reviewed all submissions, ultimately selecting 45 professionals for the 2025 list.
