PSC Insurance Brokers NZ has acquired Tauranga based, Broking Advisors. A media release from Brisbane based parent company, The Envest Group, said the acquisition marks another strategic step in PSC NZ’s growth journey, strengthening the firm’s capabilities across the region. Broking Advisors was already part of the PSC Connect network.
As part of the transition, the brokerage’s leader, Gwenda Jones, will join the PSC NZ team and work with the Waikato branch.
“With over 30 years of experience spanning major broking firms, specialist trade-focused businesses, and her early career at AMP, Gwenda brings a wealth of industry knowledge and trusted relationships to our team,” said William O’Brien (main picture), PSC NZ’s Auckland based national manager.
In the release, O’Brien suggested that his firm is planning further expansion.
“We look forward to sharing further updates on our expansion in the near future,” he said.
