Insurance Business has opened entries for Top Insurance Employers 2026, the annual recognition programme celebrating exemplary insurance workplaces across Australia and New Zealand.
This initiative gives organisations a platform to demonstrate how they support their people through culture, leadership, flexibility, wellbeing and career development, and to gain industry-wide exposure for that commitment. Participation in the ranking also provides promotional opportunities for businesses looking to build their profile in the industry.
Insurance organisations can start the process by submitting a short entry outlining their key people initiatives and employee support strategies. Participating companies will receive an anonymous employee survey to distribute internally, ensuring the final results are driven by staff experience and sentiment.
Companies that receive an overall satisfaction rating of 75% or higher will be featured on the Insurance Business website, raising their profile with brokers, underwriters, executives and other industry decision-makers.
Submit your entries by Friday, March 13.
The full report will be published online in July.
