The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has published the shortlist for the 13th New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards, scheduled for Nov. 27 at The Cordis in Auckland.
The event will highlight achievements across the insurance sector, with a focus on customer commitment, ethical standards, and support for vulnerable communities.
This year’s awards process placed increased emphasis on how organisations and individuals demonstrate customer commitment and ethical conduct.
According to ANZIIF CEO Katrina Shanks, “the awards showcase individuals and teams raising standards, strengthening industry trust, and making a real difference for New Zealanders by prioritising the skills, knowledge, and connections that drive the insurance community forward.”
