Cheryl Policelli

Cheryl Policelli is a Senior Vice President and Property Broking Leader at Aon, specializing in complex, large, and multi-national property programs for many of Canada’s leading organizations. She works closely with clients to design and place tailored property solutions that address evolving risks, optimize coverage, and support long-term business resilience.

Drawing on experience as an underwriter at RSA and ACE INA, and as a facultative underwriter at PartnerRe, Cheryl brings deep market insight and strong relationships with insurers. She leads a team of brokers and serves as a national resource on technical broking matters, helping clients navigate challenging market conditions and secure competitive terms.

Cheryl holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and has earned her FCIP (Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional) and CRM (Canadian Risk Management) designations.
