Women in Insurance Summit Canada is back for its 9th year on June 2, 2026, at Universal Eventspace in Vaughan, ON – bringing together women and allies from across the insurance sector under the theme:
“Navigating Change. Shaping the Market. Elevating Women.”

Designed for mid‑ to senior‑level leaders, rising stars, HR/DEI professionals and male allies, the summit will tackle today’s most pressing challenges: technology and fraud, talent gaps, burnout, shifting expectations across generations, and leading through uncertainty.

Attendees can expect:

  • High‑impact content across key themes, including wellbeing, resilience and change; talent, careers and next‑gen leaders; economics, risk and decision‑making; and fraud, technology and trust
  • New 2026 discussion tables – small‑group, interactive conversations on topics such as career moves and leadership, emerging risks, client challenges, culture, and wellbeing, designed to deliver practical ideas you can apply immediately
  • Deeper networking and mentorship through structured discussion tables, peer‑to‑peer exchanges and mentorship‑focused activities
  • Practical, career‑building insights on managing up, making confident decisions, navigating M&A and constant change, and owning your next move
  • A stronger sense of community, reinforcing that women in insurance are not navigating these challenges alone

A spotlight session, “Next gen insurance: Smart strategies to hire, grow, and keep top talent,” will explore what truly motivates people to join, stay and advance at every career stage – and how organizations can build sustainable leadership pipelines. Other sessions will dive into topics such as managing burnout and wellbeing through disruption, understanding the economic and risk landscape for 2026, and how fraud and AI are reshaping trust across the insurance value chain.

Join industry leaders, rising talent and forward‑thinking allies on June 2 to share ideas, build connections, and shape what comes next for women in insurance.
