Insurance Business Canada (IBC) has announced its 2025 Top Insurance Employers, highlighting Canadian insurance organizations that have achieved strong employee satisfaction scores based on direct staff input.
IBC’s annual assessment began with participating insurance organizations submitting details about their workplace policies, benefits, and employee programs. Following this, employees from these firms were invited to complete an anonymous survey. The survey covered key areas such as compensation, benefits, organizational culture, professional development opportunities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Eligibility required each company to reach a minimum number of survey responses, determined by the size of its workforce. Only those organizations that received an average employee satisfaction score of at least 75% were included in the 2025 list.
